Great news - Accutronics’ shares acquired by Ultralife Corporation

We would like to share some good news with you… On January 13, Accutronics’ shares were acquired by Ultralife Corporation, the American battery, energy products and communication systems provider.

Ultralife identified Accutronics as an excellent acquisition opportunity after an extensive search and assessment of other potential partners, recognising that we are a well-run, growing company, with a clear focus on research and development and customer service.  Ultralife is a large and well established business with operations in the United States and in China. Joining forces with the company affords Accutronics an enhanced global reach, which will make us an even stronger strategic supply partner to our key accounts, particularly in the medical technology, military and instrumentation sectors.

We will continue to operate as we always have, with no changes to the company or service and our team will remain in place,  All of the usual contacts for our customers, suppliers and other stakeholders will remain the same and there will no disruption of service or supply.

Accutronics will continue to implement its planned growth strategy, benefiting from the support of the Ultralife group resources, and our customers will enjoy continuity and ongoing support, enhanced by the complementary resources and capabilities of the larger Ultralife Group.
